About us
The world needs more women to participate in business, and it's proven that they can drive more value.
We're here to help the women building in African business ecosystems to meet, connect and combine forces so we can continue to create a path for more to follow.
Businesses need women in the room

When women are empowered with wealth, power and autonomy, they drive measurable economic growth, create positive change in their communities, and enable real contributions to GDP growth. Studies show when a women is empowered, she brings 8-10 others with her.
Women Who Build Africa is community and platform designed to bring together women and non-binary people across Africa's tech and business space, with a goal of enabling more to follow. Born out of a need for a central community like this one, we facilitate spaces and opportunities for underrepresented groups across the continent (and beyond) to meet, learn and create more impact.
